Google Bad Review (2):  I can't be the only person to notice dozens of positive reviews with perfect grammar and spelling. Certainly not representative of on line reviews in real life. Curious. Amy Abbott must be a really good conveyancer in which case I wish I'd been allocated her and not Luke Humphries. There isn't space here to report the day to day stresses of dealing with Taylor Rose during a house sale. Suffice it to say, I don't think any email was replied to promptly and the conveyancer's ‘extensive knowledge of the rapidly growing park home market' did not extend to basics like, for instance, checking the rules which prohibited the buyer from actually buying the home, until a certain age, resulting in a delay of 8 weeks to the sale. The only part of the entire process which was expedited was the fee being taken at the end. I heartily wish Seeker's estate agents had never recommended them. Steer clear if you value your sanity.
