Google Bad Review 1:  Really bad experience, did not respect that people have a life and that timeframes should be kept as agreed, left my car to be fixed on a Saturday, only to not be called to tell me that the car had not been touched yet , luckily I called before they closed and was informed they hadnt fixed anything, no respect for my personal life and the need to use the car .
Would not recommend , lack of professionalism and clear communication !!

Google Bad Review (2):  Very bad people with tricky knowledge, have lots of doubts about their expertise, I am a new driver with 2 and half years of driving experience. Have been there to diagnose my car as I was aiming to show faults for the first time to insurance company. They charged me £66 for that just to see the car, filling gas for air conditioning, I understood after showing to someone later that they spent lots of time on window, opened window screws just pretending finding out electric fault. Just to prove their diagnosis time consuming precise. They wanted to charge me a lot as well as insurance company. Directly contacting insurance company to force me. When I realised I went to another mechanic. Then the guy called me to threaten me that he will contact RAC to do something against me. In reply I said if u call me again I will send police to ur shop. Then he stopped. How RAC can recommend them I don’t understand. They tried to rob me showing influence of RAC. How they can think of threatening someone?
