Google Good Review: I started my association with Merchant & Co back in 1995 and have always been appreciative of their expertise and support. In 2020 I decided to incorporate my personal Buy to Let properties into one limited company owned by me. Merchants – and specifically Mr Ketan Patel – played a crucial role in deciding the strategy prior to its implementation. Due to there being hundreds of properties involved along with 7 sets of solicitors, this transaction – which was the largest ever of its type – was hugely complicated and would have failed had Mr Patel not worked so hard and diligently throughout the period. Therefore, I am hugely grateful to him and his team.
