Google Bad Review:  Re-made my glasses literally 3 times and visited the shop 10 times and i still yet to get my refund! The first time, they cut the lens with the wrong focal point. I paid extra for a pair of Zeiss lens. It was such a low-tech mistake and they should have QC-ed it before they sent back to the store. The shopkeeper keeps blaming me bringing prescriptions from another company repeatedly but it is completely irrelevant to their own mistakes. So they offered to re-do the eye test and re-make the glasses. It took me another extra 1.5 hour on another day to do the eye test which obviously share very similar results. They made the 2nd pair of glasses that the index of the material was not suitable that the chromatic aberration was very horrible! I couldn’t even see car plates and buses on the streets. They kept asking me to wear them for a couple of days for my eyes to get used to it. It was not working at all. I went back again. The ‘experienced guy’ asked me to bring my old glasses. It was another visit again. They examined my old and new glasses, and checked my eyes again. Then they made the 3rd pair of glasses but there were still chromatic aberration that i could see it in every direction. I went back and asked for help. They said they still wanted to change the lens! I asked for a refund and they said only one person is able to authorise a refund and he is not present until 2-3days later. I went there 2 days later before the shop closes and they said that person with the authority left 1.5 hours before and blaming me not organising with them. I called the next day asking about my refund situation and another staff said authorisation can be done remotely even without that guy being present! I’ve been wearing prescription glasses for over 25 yrs and this has been the worst service I have ever encountered!
