Google Bad Review (2):  Just a shame I can't give 0 stars.

Called and asked how I would order a particular and followed what I was told. Put the order through on just eat and waited over and hr and half for it to be delivered. What came was nothing like I ordered. When I called I was told I had to wait for owner to call back. Spoke to another guy who told me to come and collect the right order or call just eat for a refund,. I got a refund and feedback left with them directly.

Then I get a knock on my door and they seem to have sent me £30 of food that I didn't order. When I called to say not to come near my house or it will be harassment he told me to call the police.

Food looked like something I wouldn't even give to my dog and chips onion bhaji and samosas had grease leaking through the package. Going to wait until clay oven re opens so much better.

Google Bad Review 1:  this is probably the worst dim sum i have ever had in my life. i literally had to spit out the bite of the crab and prawn dumpling i had. the hargau was equally as offensive. the seafood just does not taste fresh and has a slightly chemical taste to it. same situation with the prawn and chive dumpling. the kimchi beef gyoza was like dog food. i had one bite of everything i ate, and left the rest on my plate. the best things were the chicken skewers and the green tea. the soup dumplings, xiaolongbao, were marginally better. we left a lot of food on the table and the manager did ask us if there was a problem or anything. we paid a left. the service was rushed and impersonal. and to top it all off, it wasn't that cheap either– would have expected it to be half the price for the quality i experienced.

Google Bad Review 1:  They don't respect timings. The published time as per the site is till 23:00 on Friday. We walked in there at 22:50 and were refused service as the kitchen was closed. What's the point of listing opening hours when you don't follow it and randomly turn away customers. I like ping pong otherwise but this branch sucks. It's laid back and doesn't care much about customer service.

Google Bad Review 1:  Food was nice. Okra was a little salty. However the reason for giving this 1* is the horrendous service. Within 8 mins of sitting at the table we had been asked when the last member of our party was arriving, and reminded that we had the table for 1.5 hours. It wasn’t the warmest of welcomes. They then proceeded to tell us again that we had only 15 mins left shortly after we had started eating. We were then still eating when the bill was presented, and the waitress came to take payment and asked us to leave. We hadn’t finished our food or drinks. It feels to me that this place is more focused on turnover of customers to maximise their revenue than it is in providing genuine enjoyable customer experience which is disappointing. I won’t be returning for this reason, the food is not good enough to warrant the poor level of rushed, rude, abrasive service we experienced.

Google Bad Review 1:  My friend booked the restaurant for her birthday and informed them over email beforehand that I am coeliac so would need gluten free food provided. The staff member who she emailed assured her that they could provide gluten free food. However, this was not the case.

When we arrived, I was told to inform the manager of my dietary requirements which I did. She told me immediately that nothing on the menu was safe for coeliacs to eat as there was cross contamination. I was offered plain broccoli which I obviously didn't want to pay for so I didn't eat. The menu is very inflexible which gave me the impression that there isn't a trained chef in the kitchen and the food seems to be pre prepared and heated up. Even my local Chinese takeaway is able to cook food that I can eat using a clean pan and no soy sauce so it's shocking that a large establishment cannot do the same.

This is really disappointing as there is no point in listing items as gluten free and advertising yourself as a restaurant that offers gluten free food if you don't cater to coeliacs or people with gluten intolerance/ allergy. Unfortunately a gluten free lifestyle isn't just a fashion statement, it's something that affects a larger percentage of the population. By not offering allergen free food, you are excluding so many people from your product and it's just not good business.
