Google Bad Review:  Paid a substantial amount of money for a Managmenent/Refurbishment survey as we wanted certain specific areas to be checked and samples to be taken from. We received back a management survey report, where there was no mentioning of the specific areas we requested.
The company said that checks were made, but only through visual inspection–so obviously, I now regret paying for the extra refurbishment survey.
It's a pity, because I chose this company as they seemed quite thorough with their inpections, and promised unlimited number of samples. They took only three and none from the areas we requested.

Wouldn't really recommend.
