Google Bad Review (2):  I bought a mattress which was unwrapped laid on the bed covered in the plastic. When I tried it it was rock hard. I rewrapped it took it back they said because of covid I could not take it back. There was a sign on the till saying you couldn't take duvets back not mattresses. I should have been told before purchase. What a waste of 180pounds more than my pension a week. The week before they were prepared to sell one off display which everyone had tested. When you look on the website it seems they like taking your money. Customer service is zero so many complaints and no refunds. Avoid it like the leprosy or covid.
