Google Bad Review 1:  I'm shocked by how the exhibition ….. Cotton to Gold …. has white-washed British history and ‘ air-brushed ‘ out all the nasty bits . The Lancastrian industrialists , whose collections are on display , made their money partly through the slave trade and partly by exploiting their workers in the North of England .
This is ignored ….. instead the industrialists are presented as cultured philanthropists .
The descendants of those who suffered will be hurt and angered that the cruelty experienced by their forefathers has been swept under the carpet .
British people need to learn from their mistakes , just as other nations do , in order to tackle similar
exploitation in today's world .

The person in question later asked me for my google password stating that he would not be able to return it without it. I declined and when I challenged the legitimacy of the request he said it wasn’t necessary. My question is this, how many people’s accounts has this person gained access to through his job. For a brand like Samsung this is not what I would expect and was left astounded by the lack of customer care.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went along today after reading the good reviews on here, but I am afraid I was disappointed.

I had the soup, which was fine, but which came with a slice of processed bread and, when I said that, yes, I did want butter, a little pot filled with margarine was provided.

I also had a panini with avocado and tomato, which was nothing special – more of that margarine, I am afraid, and a fruit teabag.

£10 seems a lot for that, but that what I was charged.

Because the kitchen is in the cafe, the smell of cooking bacon was overwhelming for this vegetarian, and I sat outside under the awning, along with the smokers. Luckily, the smoker at the next table moved away to have a cigarette.

Service was slow and not particularly friendly, despite what others have experienced.

All in all, a disappointing visit, and I can see no reason to return another time.
