Google Bad Review 1:  Called this company this afternoon with an enquiry for fitted wardrobes in a loft area. I was put on hold then told ‘they had no one who could come out for a consultation or to take measurements’ How odd I thought. I was then asked to take the measurements and send it to them and to be sure I got all points from the highest to the smallest. For heaven’s sakes why don’t I just get out my skill saw and do the job myself. Not a great way to atract new business. Very glad I haven’t engaged with them as I have just read all the reviews! WoW.

Google Bad Review (2):  This has to be one of the worst interior design set ups I've had the unfortunate experience of coming across. The evidence is clearly illustrated in the countless reviews reported from legitimate customers and not the fake five stars they have probably got friends and family to support. Not only are they highly unprofessional in their service, which involves taking your money and not answering calls but the quality of furnishings are extremely low end picked out from budget suppliers that they dress up as luxury. We've had nothing but problems with this company on products we've received and still waiting on which they have now hidden behind the convenient excuse of covid! I would strongly recommend you stay away from this company. I would hate for anyone to experience what my family and others on this review have gone through. It has been extremely emotional. I'm sure they will have a classy response ready in the morning to save face but the evidence will always be in the reviews. We can't all be disgruntled customers. Micasa I really don't know how you sleep at night.
