Google Bad Review: Awful Experience from Start to Finish! The Letting agents didn't turn up to the viewing when I asked to look around the property, because I was pushed for options I had to rent out the attic room of a house. The Letting agent forgot to turn up the day I told them I was moving in and one of the residents had to let me. When I got to the room one of the cupboards had moldy plates in it that the letting agents asked me to get rid of.
The Landlord had a pile of rubbish stacked up in the garden that he only removed three months after I moved in.
If there were any issues in the flat the letting agents would take weeks to actually solve the problem.
Towards the end of my tenancy someone came to look around the property and surprise surprise! The letting agents didn't show up to show her around so I had to show her around the property (I also recommended that she does not rent the place).
They actually had the audacity to try and charge me a cleaning fee! And only after weeks of calling them and showing them the state of the room when I moved in did they decided to drop the fee. (It was clearly just a cash grab from them, because I cleaned that room very thoroughly, far better than they had.)
If you are a Landlord don't not use this company if you want a good relationship with your tenants. And if you are looking to rent somewhere, my god! Do not go with this company.
