Google Bad Review: One of the worst agencies I have ever come across. They only care about the landlord and not so much about the tenants.
They would not wait 5 minutes past their weekday working hours (7pm) in order for me to get there after work and sign the tenancy agreement (which, surely, is quite important).
Also, very expensive and you are even made to pay for the professional cleaning when checking out. During the inventory check out you will be scrutinises very thorough.

Google Bad Review: DON'T RENT FROM ATLAS!!!!! This company delivered the worst process I have ever experienced from a letting agency. They have very high fee's, it took them over 6 months to return the deposit and when the deposit was returned they told us they were taking some of our deposit money to pay outstanding bills in the property and for another 2 months after they said they had paid the bills I had constant phone calls from billing companies saying they hadn't paid the bills and that I needed to pay them myself, after tireless calls with Atlas they eventually paid the bills but gave no apology or reason as to why it took so long. This company is clearly taking advantage of new people especially students moving in to London.

We moved overseas (back home) and the Martin team took months to close the flat and return the security deposit. They also provided us with a cleaning company (we paid) and still charged us for cleaning in our security deposit. Martin is not responsive and almost never helpful. Better off trying to go directly to the landlord.
