Google Bad Review 1:  I stayed here for one year and had the worst time of my life. Initially when I came I had an issue with the size of their room because the one which they showed me was a different one from the one they gave me. They said you need to pay 10£ or more if you want to go to the higher floors which doesn't even make sense. This property does not have a proper heating floors and they have A/C but they never worked. They have just 3 washing circuits for the entire building which has more than 100 rooms and these machines are not maintained by them and most of the time it will be under repair. The staffs aren't friendly and if you have any problems with other flat mates or any issues you want to complain they are least bothered to solve the issues. During the month of December they had some work going on in the basement area which went for months together and we could not use the common area and they don't have any other facilities like other accommodation. In few rooms the windows are very small and in few they have doors kind which has restricted movement. The worst part is shared kitchen and you will find rats even on the 1st floor you can imagine the condition of this property and if I complain about this they said they would charge 400£ for not maintaining the kitchen. Even though it is not your mistake be ready to bare these charges. Due to these issues I wanted to move out and requested them to cancel the agreement or provide an alternative place but they refused and they used to avoid talking to me. I would definitely recommend for those who think that they want to stay in this zone can have a look at aldgate and aldgate east there lots of new student accommodations with in house gym, pool table etc.., and make your stay comfortable rather than suffering here. Google Bad Review (2):  Incrdebly expensive, no interesting social events organised, far from most campuses, and one of the poorest handling of covid 19 crisis ever. Laundry never works, so does the so-called ‘free printing'. I definitely do not recommend.
