Booked up until October and the lady who answered the phone thought she would be doing us a favour by arranging an appointment for someone to come around and even give a quotation, which would not be until September. And if we are having other companies in, why make an appointment! Too busy to take on any jobs – give it a miss!! Quite unprofessional attitude.
