Google Bad Review 1:  Initially this worked ok but the minute your loved one gets ill they drop you.

My mum had a UTI so they pulled carers and were willing to leave us with no cover. Luckily one of the carers was happy to make private arrangements with us. This is not what care should look like, ditching someone in their time of need.

Elder was not willing to listen to our needs only protect themselves and a carer who was studying full time for a degree so didn’t have enough time available to commit to the full time role with us. They overstretched themselves. They do not provide good matches. 3 times we almost had no carer with no concern on their behalf, expecting us to sort out emergency cover in the community with a days notice!

Google Bad Review (2):  No hours at all. Their fast paced when it comes to signing you up, after that they leave you in the dark. I would never recommend this company ever. You purchase your own DBS check, but it's a total waste of time because there's no work at all. Severe lack of communication. Even if you've got your own up-to-date DBS, it's not good enough for them.
