Google Bad Review:  Quite possibly the worst service I have encountered. Having ignored numerous emails requesting to speak to one of the Partners about my dissatisfaction i was sent an extortionate bill. During preparation of my accounts delays were ridiculous and communication even worse. After agreeing to do my accounts for £1200 our bill was was over 4 X that with no prior warning or indication.

Strange how you think Google is the best way to communicate with clients -you’ve had many opportunities to call and explain.
You state our previous accountants didn’t manage our books correctly -You prepared our 16/17 accounts too?
According to your contract any additional works has to be authorised before being billed.
