Google Bad Review: APPALLING COMPANY, DO NOT use them!!!!!!!!!!!!. I’m just annoyed I cant do negative stars and had to select one start to post this!!!!!!!!
Nasty rip off. I’m very disappointed. These guys are horrific CON artists!!!!!
They did an awful job in installing the new boiler for me which didn’t last for a month. They left the house dirty and dusty and damaged large section of the kitchen to install the same size boiler and refused on the day to make good the section they badly damaged.
Certainly will sue them as the manufacturer refused to validate the warranty due to” poor and incompliant installation”. They fitted the cboiler in half a day and charged me £2.5k without flushing the system and without fitting the “essential” filter required to protect the boiler and as a result the new boiler got damaged beyond repair and I had to pay again for a new installation, beside the cost for repairing the kitchen.
I called them and emailed them repeatedly and they blocked my number and never came back to me.
Very upset
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
