Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the staff. I stopped by here today with my 5 year old and 7 month old (in a pram) as my daughter insisted on looking at some of the toys in the shop. I didn't think that would be a problem, so we went in. That's where the trouble began. The staff looked unfriendly and barked orders at my daughter to put the toys down, while instructing me that I need to tell her to listen (utter rudeness). Not minding that I had a sleeping baby in a pram, they nearly woke her up! The staff were crabby, condescending and unprofessional and I won't be stepping foot in this shop again.
To say I promptly left the shop, is an understatement. I was so shocked at their ridiculous behaviour. They're supposed to be a charity shop, yet are so unfriendly, unempathetic and completely lacking in decorum. The way my daughter and I were treated today, made me feel sick to the pit of my stomach and all because we chose to enter the shop. They attempted to ruin what had been a fabulous day for me and my girls, but thankfully they didn't succeed. You have been warned: step in here at your own peril. Would have given this place one star if I could.
