Google Bad Review (2): Appalling service!! Would give 0 if I could.
I ordered the house special fried rice instead of the regular special fried rice (both items have pretty much the same name annoyingly).
I only realised once I received the order and immediately called the restaurant. I was told that a lot of people make this mistake (but they still haven’t changed the name of the product) and that there was nothing they could do about it.
I explained how disappointed I was, and asked if they were willing to find some sort of remedy to ensure good customer service, but was told point blank no!
Absolutely poor customer service. They clearly don’t value their custom. At not much hassle they could have offered a refund of £4.80 for the item or sent out the correct item or even offered me a discount on my next order. Any of these things would have been a small gesture for them but would have left a positive mark with me as a customer.
The man I spoke to was rude, abrupt and frankly couldn’t care less.
Never ordering from here again. Even the food isn’t worth the money or poor service.
