Google Bad Review: This surgery was good been here years and one of the things I did like one of the drs who only visited was very friendly and nice also it use to be very convenient to make appointments for years when I did call up you could make a appointment a day ahead or two days so forth it just convenient for everyone what I see now is they keep telling u to call up 8 am can’t the person in charge realise if u expect everyone to call at same time u will be there on phone call holding ur turn to get through last time took me over 30 minutes to make a call so they just want u to sit there and just hope and pray u can get through another thing I noticed today after making a appointment for my disabled father is the lady on phone call asked me what’s the reason for years and at my previous dr surgeries if u didn’t feel comfortable discussing it with receptionist ladies u can say personal but today she was refusing to make a appointment till I give he’s personal problem to her I find the receptionists all of them just rude and arrogant and stuck up for no reason like they are doing u a favour and not doing the job they are getting paid to do if the service carries on in this manner regarding the ridiculous new rule of every single person calling up at 8 am to make appointment or unqualified rude receptionist forcing u to give medical problem before making appointment I will seriously be thinking of changing surgeries
