Google Bad Review 1: Staff can be extremely rude. Had a terrible experience while coming over with donations, and needlessly to say, will not be coming in the future.
I understand this is a charity store, and staff are likely volunteers. However, I certainly mean no disrespect to anyone, and it’s not okay when they are downright condescending to me – even if they are a volunteer and are having a busy day.
I will be avoiding the store simply to not have to deal with the unpleasant presence of their front desk staff in the future.

Google Bad Review (2): No stars are given but forced to give one i bought an item for a disabled friend who could not come with me. the jumper was worn to see the fitting then brought back next day with the tag but not attached. To my shock i got accused by the manager that ‘it could be from somewhere else’ when i also had a receipt i advise all to avoid unless you like being wrongly accused
