Google Bad Review (2): Waited for a Hour and a half! Just so I can open a vault with them. They don’t do appointments for customers unless you have a business account with them which I find ridiculous!
Disgusting to see that abbie from the Bromley branch clearly let two people go Infront of me when I was there before them, and could not smile at me once when talking to her just giving me a straight face!
Where as vicky was very helpful and helped me throughout.
