Google Bad Review 1:  I don’t eat meat so was quite surprised and then disgusted to find chicken in their Nasi Goreng. It was replaced some time after I pointed out this wasn’t mentioned as an ingredient in the menu, and my other food was cold by the time the substitute arrived. But I was still charged service and full price and that told me everything I needed to know about their attitude to the customer experience so I’ll be giving it a miss from now on. A shame, there was a nice sushi place here before. There are better places to eat nearby.

Google Bad Review (2):  Where do I even start?
I went in for dinner today around 6pm with 2 other colleagues. 3 of us in total. It was not busy AT ALL, yet so many things were wrong with this place- MOST of all the (lack of) customer service which I will go on to explain now.
Firstlt our waiter literally rushed us to take our order. So much so we had to say that we wanted to order starters too after he took back the menu and he responded with “Oh you want starters as well?” (Is that a nice thing to say?) Following on from this he rushed off again before we could order any DRINKS! At this point we were not bothered and settle for tap water. The starters took absolutely forever to come. We ordered 3 and the first one arrived and then it took around 20 minutes for the other two. We had to ask multiple times for accompanying sauces. After our starters were finished the time it took between the starters and the mains was just ridiculous. When it did arrive the waiter proceeded to give my colleague her main and also mine too BUT they didn't even clean off the table BEFORE they gave us our mains!! I'm sorry but everybody knows that the basic 101 etiquette is to clean off the table after any starters and BEFORE mains but they did this after putting our food down which further deteriorated the ambience and impression of this place (the table was not cleaned properly I might add as there were still lots of crumbs left on the table left from our starter which nobody bothered to wipe down and clean) we had to wait around another 10 to 15 minutes for my 3rd colleague to get her food which resulted in mine and my 2nd colleagues food going COLD by the time she got hers. How ridiculous. We had to specifically ask for fresh cutlery but everytime we needed assistance we could never get anybody's attention straight away! Nobody BOTHERED to make eye contact with us and they were always too busy rushing in and out of the kitchen before I could even say “excuse me please”. We had to also ask for plates for our main. Maybe I am being silly but I don't know why this isn't given without asking- where are we meant to eat and mix our food?? On the actual table??? The rice bowl was way too small and so was the little saucer the curries came in. Lastly, when we asked for the bill this took ages to come and then AGAIN it took SO long to get anybody's attention for a card machine!!!! I was of course NOT going to pay the service charge which was added onto the bill. When the waiter came to take our payment I told him that we wanted to split the bill three ways and gave him a sum without the service charge included. He proceeded to go off to the side with a calculator and then asked me why we are not paying service charge. To my surprise he looked surprised??? I'm sorry but how could you not know how BAD the service was and you had the audacity to look so shocked? I went on to tell him that the service was slow and they were not attentive at all. I wanted to say more but honestly I also just wanted to get out of there. The time that we came into eat it was not busy at ALL so they had ZERO excuses. I am not one to write negative reviews but honestly the service in this place was so bad I had to. The food was also extremely underwhelming and bland but honestly if I was served mediocre food but with great customer service then I would not have been as disappointed and would have been way more forgiving. So I'm sorry but you only have yourselves to blame.
