Google Bad Review: Had a couple of wheels built after an accident in Oct 2013, a spoke broke on the way to work in Jan 2014 (spoke breaking not the issue this happens periodically). Took it to a bike near work (large chain) and they explained both wheels had been built incorrectly, they showed this by comparing to other examples in the shop.
This cost another £80 to sort out, and I had no choice as I need it fixed to get home.
Haven't bothered to contact London Fields Cycles for a refund or explanation because I can't trust this shop – they do not have the expertise to build wheels, which is a requirement for a good mechanic.
Avoid at all costs.
