Google Bad Review 1: So I hate writing negative reviews and I feel like I’ve been patient with this company but it’s ridiculous now.
I came to write a review of my experience and saw many people have had a similar experience which is appalling.
I ordered hair during the Black Friday deal, I saw Toni Tone advertise this company so I said why not.
I ordered my hair in November 2021. By January 2021 I still hadn’t received my order, so I emailed and was told my order had been cancelled. IF I DIDN’t EMAIL NO ONE WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME.
So naturally I asked for a refund, I was told a refund was processed but I didn’t receive anything. I sent numerous emails many of which were ignored.
Finally in May I spoke to Linny herself who said she would issue a refund for me and I have still received nothing.
WE’RE IN JUNE 2022 AND I’M STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR HAIR I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER 2021.
THE LACK OF CORRESPONDENCE HAS BEEN SO DISAPPOINTING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME

Google Bad Review (2): If it was possible to give 0 stars I really would. I have never had a bad experience like I have had with Linny Love before. From ordering my hair on 24 November to receiving a cancellation email on 29 December that my order has been cancelled. This is after being promised that my wig would be delivered on 9 December and then told I should wait until 12 December. Since then I have been ignored (phone calls, emails and instagram DMs) and not given an update whatsoever. The unprofessionalism is uncalled for. I only ordered from Linny Love because of Toni Tone. I am actually disappointed that a brand that is being promoted by one of my favourite influencers would have such low standards. Please treat people with care and good customer service because clearly this is not on. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend this service. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy.
