We went there for coffees and croissants and we face a new manager who was rude, lazy and dishonest. We waited a while for paid coffees and the croissants. The curtains of the entrance were not used so we had this cold windy freeze on us.
Miss R.K. you are a rude cow! She ridiculously made things difficult while we just tried to pay.
She tried to charge me £9 for a tea then invoiced me £8 then said it was for 2 teas….. then reimbursed me after my friends strongly complained. It just ruined everything. My friends have been to the Lanes of London for years and never had any problems, well things have changed!
