Google Bad Review 1: Cold, flavourless and awful falafel wrap with false advertising. Please don't believe the prices that are on the board. On the board, a falafel wrap is supposed to cost £3.50 and there is just supposed to be a £0.50 surcharge for eating in, so I believe I was just supposed to pay £4.00. Instead, I was also charged a hidden £0.90 “service charge” on top of this when I paid the bill without this hidden charge appearing on the board or the staff informing me of it beforehand. Now I really wish I read the reviews here before going inside because honestly, now that I've been there, I'd highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. It's not even worth a 1 star rating.

Google Bad Review (2): All staff are making and serving food without wearing a mask on 29 June 2020. The woman at the counter actually shouted at me (even more likely to disperse saliva) for asking why no one was wearing a mask when dealing with food. Terrible customer service, hygiene and health & safety!
