Google Bad Review 1: I ordered food from this restaurant recently – just a simple butter chicken and the meat was completely undercooked. While the kitchen can make occasional mistakes, it’s completely unforgivable if management doesn’t even bother to acknowledge a complaining email sent privately. I live in the area, eat out a lot and have been to almost all the premium Indian restaurants in London. For the amount of money you have to spend, it’s probably better to go with the many more reliable upscale Indian options in the Sloane Square area and slightly beyond.

Google Bad Review (2): Update: (Oct 26) went back for the same bottomless brunch experience, and was told it is only available on Sundays or if purchased in advance via their contracted sites. 1 stars because the food is really good but had to remove the remaining 4 due to the inconsistent messaging. This should not have been an issue, the website does not mention a specific day for the bottomless brunch (check out the menu page) and the manager on the day said it was available if the booking was made through certain websites (opentable being one of them) or on Sunday ( fun fact first time having this menu was on a saturday)…. so I told them the booking was made through the Opentable website he further explained it had to be PURCHASED through that site during the booking. Well folks – given that the only dishes I wanted wanted were only worth via the brunch menu – that’s the quickest I’ve exited a restaurant.

I went to Kahani for brunch with some friends and it was amazing! I wish I had taken pictures but was too busy enjoying the food. The brunch menu is absolutely worth it but if you opt for a la cart, definitely get the Chaat, Keema naan, tandoori broccoli, and chicken thigh curry! We were very pleased by the authentic flavors and just pure deliciousness of each and every dish. So glad we were able to find this gem!
