Google Bad Review 1: Very hard to get booking for yoga lessons.Mostly over booked every time. Recently they stopped me booking lessons online saying I dishonered my booking whereas I never missed a single lesson! Yoga teachers take attendance everytime and no-one looking into that before sending you such punishing emails. In short, good policies with bad procedures. No one reached me till date to acknowledge my grivience even though I sent them an email, best example for complacent decesion makers. Cheers!

Google Bad Review (2): Paid for the annual gym membership and the first time I went it didn't let me through so I had to go to the receptionist which is understandable. But after a few times of going my ID card was no longer working to get into the gym, I called the number for when this happened and they said someone will come from the oval reception to assist me. I waited 20 minutes outside and no one ever did. It all seems very unprofessional. It's a hassle every time to have to travel to reception to get this fixed.
