Google Bad Review 1: Mina the receptionist needs to be sacked, she has had no formal training on how to give advice or customer service. Totally robotic and cannot think outside the box.The surgery is so behind the times and severely paranoid since Covid, they do not treat people humanely. All reception staff need training. Senior management as well, if they haven’t notice what’s happening. This practise will be reported to the BDA and my local MP. It seriously needs to be investigated.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely disgraceful service from this practice. Been trying to ring all morning and getting the electronic message that the practice is closed even though it was opened to cancel an appointment due to being called into work on an urgent matter to be responded by Sunita “that is not my problem, I will take you off the list and not give you another appointment”. When asked to proceed to complain ironically all people in charge are away sick for a week. Aboslute no care for the patient. Unprofessional practice.
