Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) Tonight at 7:00, I have come to London Haidilao for a dozen times. This is the first time I encountered a waiter with such a poor service attitude. There were three waiters in front of a large table of eight people. The first waiter in front, Cathy, was very patient. Called Jiabao, the attitude is too bad. We ordered four sour plum soup and asked her for a glass of ice. She said there was no bucket, and we said just wanted a glass of ice. 大家都不容易 我们没有恶意做出过分的举动 只是要一杯冰块 来就餐也是希望开开心心
之前有一次在海底捞我们也遇到倒水不小心倒到手机上的服务员 他马上拿湿巾和纸张给我
体验感太差了 下次还会再来 但希望她不用再为我们服务

Google Bad Review (2): Horrendous takeaway service! Late by 2 hours and the driver was yelling at me when he just failed to find my flat. I tried to explain and to point him to the correct direction but he just wouldn't listen. The customer service agent wasn't even bothered to chase when the driver was late, and when he's finally bothered to check when it's nearly 2 hours late, he wasn't even able to get hold of his own driver…
The eat-in service is famous for the courteous attitude and considerable detailed free service items, but the takeway is completely trash. If you were to order any hot-pot takeawy, try anything else but Haidilao.
