Google Bad Review 1: Made dinner reservations 2 months ahead for a quite New Year's Eve dinner while in London with my nephew. Arrived on time and was greeted at the door by the manager who seated us. When seated at the table I noticed that there was a set “New Year's Eve” menu on the table. I explained that we wanted to order of the regular menu I had found online. My reservation through BookaTable even stated it was for the regular dinner reservation. The manager then stated he phoned me earlier and left a message about the menu change. Later I checked all three of my phone numbers, no message left on any number. Don't lie! I explained there was nothing on the set menu my nephew would eat and we would need to leave. He then asked what we were wanting I explained a medium well steak for my nephew and crab pasta for myself. He said he would have the kitchen make it. But he also stated he would need the table back in an hour. I have never been told that in my life! The food came. Mine was okay, but my nephew's steak was horrible. Very fatty and undercooked. No one came to check on us the entire time. My nephew ate the side of pasta with tomato sauce and I ate my underwhelming crab pasta. We waited patiently for the check to pay out for over 15 minutes. When the manager approached the table he saw the steak with one bite taken and I explained it was poor quality and undercooked. No offer to take it off the check was given. When we did receive the check there was also a charge for a bottle of still water that we never received. Again we waited for 10 minutes to try and explain the charge but finally gave up. The check totalled just over 65 pounds (worst money I spent in London). I ended up leaving 60 pounds on the table and walked out.

Google Bad Review (2): I called to ask about the time as we wanted a late lunch…they told we could go 14:45 as they COULDN'T KICK OUT… I took it as joke because I went there before…however today we were bad treated and they really didn't care about our needs…my guests were unhappy…and IWONT COME BACK …BE PROFESSIONALS…YOUR LOST
