Google Bad Review 1: I booked a property managed by Globe via Airbnb. A few hours later they refused the booking just saying “Dates are unavailable.”.
I messaged them and asked if other properties nearby managed by them were available. As they didn't reply I just went ahead and booked. They never bothered replying or rejecting the booking which just expired 24 hours later.
How unprofessional!

But after that, everything was worse and worse. Bad maintenance, dirty towels, unprofessional service, etc. We are still waiting for a refund for the last week we canceled…
