Google Bad Review (2): Took a month after they completed a site survey for them to get back to me and inform me they would not be quoting! I had emailed on numerous occasions and kept getting fobbed off, telling me they would send the quote the next day.
It was only when I called and asked the receptionist if they actually wanted to quote that I then receive an email to say they do not.
Absolutely appalling!! we are now a month behind schedule and have to start from scratch.
