Google Bad Review: Full management is not what they do yet they charge you for it and then some. I have left a bad google reviews here on twice before and they came back to me each time pleading to take it down saying they want to resolve the issues even sending me gifts to essentially buy a better review. they would then put someone new on to manage the property etc. It would be fine for 2 months and then back to being terrible. Which would mean at times I would essentially have to manage the property myself. But this was the last time. Last November they told me they were going to reconcile all the things they had been neglected by them in regards to having my place fixed by there recommended builder/handyman who ,anaged to have left the job incomplete. This never happened even after reminding them several times. Then with out being told the person who was looking after the property was not looking after it and I then had to explain to the next person as for some reason they were unawarer needless to say this never happened weither and may have changed hands again what the last person was meant to complete. I only stayed with Dexters for the sake of my tenant as I would have to kick them out if I moved from them as I was threatened by them if I did. Now that the tenant has left I am finally free. Full management it is not, especially considering they are charging 13% plusVAT and 10% on works above £300, which all adds up pretty quick when the only service you seem to get is a cash collection. I have no idea where my money has actually gone. I would heavily recommend that you stay away, I know I will.
