Google Bad Review 1: Worst experience with a restaurant I’ve ever had and I’ve ordered from a lot of restaurants. I live 1.8 miles away from the restaurant which usually takes anywhere from 5-20 minutes to drive such a distance but it took the driver over an hour and 15 minutes to get here from the time he left the restaurant.
When he arrived He was very rude telling me if I’m not happy then don’t order again… when I looked in the bag, the food was spilt everywhere and I couldn’t get any of the boxes out without getting my hands dirty, and also could not eat the food that was spilt.
The wait and experience was not worth it as the food did no taste nice at all.
When I called back and asked for them to re-deliver my food, the person on the phone said that they will give me a discount next time I order and ended the call.
I had to eat something that was in my fridge in order to feed my wife and kids the remaining food that was left (barely any of it) not to mention I had to clean up a whole lot of mess afterwards due to it being spilt.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, nor will I ever recommend anybody order from here.
The staff are unprofessional & they don’t care about customer satisfaction, the food is not mice & it will arrive cold at your door and there will be nothing you can do about it.
Would not recommend. Do not buy from this restaurant. Worst service I’ve come across anywhere!

Google Bad Review (2): After ordering from Delhi Live on a regular basis of the past 2 years, the last 3-4 orders have been dreadful.
To tonight has to be the worst, it arrived one hour late. After calling 30 mins after the expected delivery, and being told it would be 5-7 mins it was another half hour on top of that.
The food arrived lukewarm, and some dishes were outright cold.
Unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer, as I will not be returning.
They did offer a free dish next time I ordered, but with the track record that we have had it's not enough.
