Google Bad Review 1: Had to make three appointments as first two tradies didn’t turn up.
Then they sent someone from over an hour away to do a 30 minute job.
Then I had to chase the report when not received two weeks later. No one returned my three messages left on their customer service answer machine.
When I finally got through to someone they claimed to have emailed me a week ago (nothing received by me and I did check junk etc) with the invoice.
I was quoted £127 for an electrical inspection report and they have invoiced me £225. I’ve asked someone to call me to explain the discrepancy (suspect it’s to cover their contractors two hour journey) but no one has had the courtesy to call me back yet.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY – THEIR SERVICE IS ABYSMAL AND THE JOB WILL END UP COSTING YOU WAY MORE THAN OTHER LOCAL ELECTRICIANS.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid these guys. Whilst their staff seem pleasant, and the engineer was efficient, estimates and pricing are not handled openly or fairly by this company. I assume this is their policy. I asked 3 times for a firm confirmation of the £117 estimate for an EICR, based on photos of the distribution board I sent weeks ago. Only AFTER the deposit had been paid to them based on the initial estimate did they explain in detail how their pricing actually works. Surprise! It's a 40% hike on the initial estimate. Try to avoid this company if possible. As other reviewers have also noted the customer gets gouged unfairly, and late in the process. Still don't have an EICR. Phone support is weak.
