Google Bad Review 1: Attempted to work with them on remodeling multiple bathrooms. Patiently waited weeks for a consultation at our home because they came so highly recommended by friends of ours. Then we have our meeting which seemed fine. We didn't hear anything after being told 7-10 business days but we gave them a month post appointment given it was the holiday season, followed up via email, and got a response saying they would be in touch. Gave them another 3 weeks after that and still no follow up from them. Just a shocking lack of professionalism and communication.
