Google Bad Review 1:  I cant recommend Clean Sweep Enterprises. Nor will I use them again!

The Clean Sweep Enterprises work was okay but not finished becasue they were supposed to come back and remove the counter and flooring if the insurance company were not going to reuse it. This is customary and typical so im told. They said they would come back after the insurance company came but they did not. in fact they got paid by the insurance company and then sent me a bill and haven't removed the 6 foot marble counter top or the rest of the flooring! My chief complaint is the complication in getting information from the managers specifically a proper bill. Apparently they did this to the insurance company as well… I told them i was sick! VERY Sick and after my surgery and while I was getting the 9 weeks of radiation they were demanding money from the insurance company just like they are me.
Well when I got finished the radiation treatments I received a call from them Cleasn Sweep Enterprise complaining about the insurance company and the third party review group that protects the client from being over charged, just like I feel is happening to me. Sick but it works. The insurance company paid them. But that's not enough they want more, money alot more and all i want is to see a break down of the charges. Well i finally got it. But it took the president and and a complaint to the BBB to get it, and in their google response they act like its the first time they were asked. Ya know I feel like i was intentionally scammed from the start after i told them I was sick and I told them to deal with the insurance company directly that i wouldn't be able to… Makes me feel like they had things all planned out. Now I have spoken to the president enough too many times via email and that person doesn't have the intellect to put all that together but it sure feels that way. Hopefully the insurance company will do as they said they would approximately 4 months ago and pay these people the 400 in addition to the 2300 they have already received (aprox 2300). I hope the insurance company pays them because its physically painfull dealing with those relentless, well you know what i would like to call them. I should have read the reviews because i am not the only one having this problem. Anyway be careful, and read what you sign… dont let them stick an electronic signature pen for you to sign.

broke antique pores in kitchen cabnets not allowing home owner. time to pa k dishescharged for mold disinfectant spraying and did not do charges for steam cleaning basement that was not done charged me for what insurance did not pay and threaten me to take my account to collections this company is a train rack very un professional do not use
