Google Bad Review 1:  A wonderful evening at Grosvernor House on 11th november 2018 was ruined by the obnoxious and rude bihaviour of their so called ‘hostess'. Having waited for 20 minutes for desert spoons after having been served two desserts in our table of 10 diners, being told that I was rude for requesting for spoons.
She actually walked away mid conversation.
Will not recommend this company to my circle.
Having read the reply from this company I am dismayed by the blatent distortion of the incident. This company does not seem to respect their client's guests. Hence have reduced the rating to 1.

i think this Sapna guys are Decorators and wedding planners but not good caterers. I will not recommend them to any one at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  I recently bought an Audi A5 2010 for £13,850 debit payment. The car is all good (even though it needed a service and new tyres) but the service after buying the car was appalling! Firstly it was advertised as a Quattro (4 wheel drive) when in fact it is 2 wheel drive! Secondly, the sat nav disk was missing. I questioned the owner at purchase and he said that he would get it to me within the week. Thirdly, the spare key was missing.

With the first problem, I am considering legal action as I have copies of the adverts.

The second problem: I chased every week for the sat nav disk and it eventually came 9 weeks after purchase!! This was after being told on the phone and by email weekly that it would be with me the following week. In the end I did receive it but after being hung up on multiple times and telling me to do all communication through email.

Problem number three: Apparently the spare key was given by mistake to another Audi A5 buyer which is worrying in itself and I was promised that this would be returned to me ASAP. I called every week to get an update and spoke to Haran (the owner who sold me the car) who just kept saying they have not received it from the guy they gave it to. Anyway after weeks of calling I got told it was in process and it would be with me in a week (the following Tuesday) I left it a week and I still did not have it. This happened multiple times and Haran as mentioned above refused to speak to me and told me to email.
Eventually his colleague called Sachin started working with me. Sachin was good and much better than his boss in dealing with customers. He told me that they can order me a key from Audi and it would be with me in a week. Then Haran came on the phone and asked me to pay half of it £150! I was literally shocked! I of course refused and they eventually gave in saying my key was now on order and would be with me on Tuesday (don't know why it's always Tuesday). Anyway nothing turned up and this happened for another 3 weeks with them just waiting for the key from Audi.

Eventually, I got an email from Sachin who was nice and told me that AFTER 12 WEEKS they had received the key from the other Audi buyer. I then received the key the next day.

In total it took 3 months, about 20 phone calls and multiple emails to get the things that should have come with the car in the first place and although Sachin was a help I would recommend not to deal with this car dealer at all. Absolutely worst service I have ever received.

Where do i start.
Top prize for who ever takes the car photos they are advertising as the photos didn't really match the car.
No prices or details on cars, just a number and you have to keep asking for prices and details, which become an issue, the car my husband was viewing didnt even start, it smelled like it been standing there for months, was dirty & had flat tyres.

They would have had to move around 10 cars for us to test drive it.
We didnt wait. You have been warned people!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Shreeji Car Sales sold me a Volkswagen Golf which promptly failed its MOT. The timing belt was hanging on by a thread and two brake discs needed replacing. There were problems too with the tyres, headlights, cooling system, cylinders and the exhaust. I don’t know very much about cars and felt they took advantage of my ignorance by grossly overcharging me for a sub-standard product. If you would like to buy from Shreeji Car Sales, please ensure you have a mechanic check the car before you buy it.

I am a student nurse and needed the car to work through a pandemic. I have spoken to other people local to the garage who has said they cant be trusted. Please do not buy your car from this garage. The garage that fixed my car said the gearbox had previously had some work done on the car that was so bad he was surprised the car lasted as long as it did. There was glue and parts that didn't fit. The garage have offered nothing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Car back said fixed and all working well…. dealer welded hole closed failed to repair bracket it was still hanging away from exhaust. I then had to pay a fee for dealer to collect. This was all within 3 weeks of purchasing! Don't waste your time or money.

Google Bad Review 1:  Be careful of this company, all they care about is their reputation rather than customer satisfaction. One of my family members left a review on behalf of me about my experience with this company and now they’re calling us up telling us to delete it. They lied and gave us their word and wasted my time and then they have the audacity to get upset about an honest review I left. Just to clarify, they were expecting us on that day and instead of calling us and telling us not to come anymore as the car has been sold, they said nothing. I admit no deposit was put down, however, they said they’d call if the car was to be sold to save us the trip of going there as it is quite far. It’s just basic customer service.
