Google Bad Review 1: Dishonest estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Gave me the run around for weeks. They lied from the start, told me the homeowner has sold the house to a friend of his sons. I went to see the homeowner as I really wanted the house and was willing to put a higher offer. I then found out the seller had no knowledge of the first offer I put in and there was no “friends son” ( agents latter claimed it was down to miscommunication). It seems like the agents had already sold the house beforehand at a lower price to someone they liked and wasted my time and lied. It’s sad that an agent would rip off their own customer ( the homeowners were an elderly couple which makes it so much worse and they were selling to get a retirement home). At least now the homeowner knew Knew about my offer so hopefully they received a good price for it from who ever they sold it to. They made me get a mortgage in principle before I could even put a offer in which obviously impacted my credit score as I had to get a credit check when they knew full well I would not get the property regardless of what offer I put in.Do not buy or sell a house with this agent. Should have listened to all the negative reviews and stayed away, the positive reviews seem questionable.
