Google Bad Review 1:  These cowboys rang me to provide a quote for work doing under my tenancy agreement. Not on was the woman on the phone incredibly rude and unhelpful, she also lied to both me and the leting agents I rent through. Absolutely awful.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had this company install a telephone door system via an estate agent for two of four flats in a shared freehold building. Only the two ground floor flats should have been affected.

The first thing they did was disconnect and remove the existing door phone system that served the uninvolved upper floor flats. Bad start. So they came back to put it ‘right'.

When I say ‘put it right' I mean they resupplied the service to the cut off flats (hence 2 stars) but they ran grey cable across the top of doors and across pristine bare wall at door height rather than around the doorframes and along skirting boards (see pics) and didn't fill the large holes cut for cables.

Complained by phone and sent pics but received no reply to date. Will request letting agent doesn't use.

Google Good Review:  I absolutely LOVE Larchwell. I got introduced to them when i worked for a prior agent and have since taken them to TruePennys, my current agents. Fun, professional family run business who are now my no1 go to contractors. Angie and Charlotte, who predominantly answer the phones, have become near enough good friends of mine and have always been quick to rectify all residential issues for me. Gary, the owner, is as honest as they come and they will always work there hardest to fix any scenario i throw at them. Amazing team, amazing company – keep it up guys! Sam x
