More highly .The clinic in the Kings Road is clean and friendly and Dr Lu offers acupuncture and Chinese herbs and I feel so much better already.There are so many viruses around at the moment so this is the best
Place to get some treatment to get well .
I highly recommend it.

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked an appointment for cupping at 5:30 p.m. I showed up at 5:15 p.m. and was told at 5:45 p.m. it would not be much longer. At 5:50 p.m. I was asked if I wanted a massage instead and I said no…I want cupping. At 6:00 p.m. (30 min after original appointment) I was offered a free massage of 30 min prior to my cupping and was told it would be another 5 min. The receptionist asked me to pay in advance (which I did by debit card). Another 10 min went by and I was then asked if I wanted reflexology instead of a massage…and I said no. There was arguing going on between the employees and I finally asked after 45 min of my original appointment time what the problem was as I was offered a massage prior to my cupping. Long story short they still had no rooms available and the Doctor was not available. I was being very patient as this now was over 45 min from my original appointment. Then I saw a patient come out of room very upset and proceed downstairs. One of the employees asked if she was okay and she replied no and was very upset. She then came back upstairs while I was still waiting in the waiting room and proceeded to tell the massage therapist that she is bleeding from the head. After waiting 45 plus minutes from original appointment and still waiting and then seeing this I decided I wanted my money back and I would not continue to wait of the services. I was given cash back with an attitude like I somehow inconvenienced them. Worst service ever!
