Google Bad Review 1:  We worked with Eden to place a catering order for a small wedding celebration for about 15 people and the order never arrived. The cost of the food was 120 pounds, however, they charge a 60 pound staff fee for delivery plus an additional 60 pound weekend surcharge, which doubled the cost. We were willing to work with them as the food sounded nice and we believed it would be more professionally prepared than if we simply ordered something from Deliveroo.

Unfortunately, when the food never arrived on the planned date/time, we called and emailed with no immediate response until the following Monday. We were very upset. What kind of catering company does not have staff available to respond to customers on the weekend, especially one that is charging excessive fees for weekend service? We ended up ordering Deliveroo because our guests were hungry.

Eden did respond on Monday saying they forgot to convert our invoice to an order…an operational mistake on their part, and they sent us a bottle of prosecco delivered to our flat that week as an apology. In the end, we saved money with Deliveroo and we were sorry we went through the effort of working with Eden caterers in the first place. We wasted too much time thinking about what we wanted from their limited menu and would have spent three times the cost for their horrible weekend service.

Please be careful using them. And compare some alternative options, particularly when it comes to their weekend upcharges….

Google Bad Review (2):  We've been returning customers up to this point but we'll never use Eden again after they have let us down a few days before our event. Staff was rude and completely unhelpful, was massively disappointed how they have handled the issue.
