Google Bad Review 1:  Have used GEEKS for a number of years now and always found them to offer excellent service, however first time registering for remote use not so good .Time booked for 1400, no one made contact so called office number at 1500. Advised only then that problem could not be resolved remotely. Home visit arranged for 22/02/18. But engineer made contact today to discuss issue that is causing problems, and told only then home visit would not be appropriate either, laptop would need to be taken away!

Google Bad Review (2):  Called twice for two separate issues and both times the person who answered the phone was very dismissive. Couldn't be bothered to explain anything properly or find an alternate solution. No way I would leave my property with them after that. Beyond arrogant.
