Google Bad Review: Unfortunately the mattress cleaning that was done by this company wasn't done properly but in a sloppy way. Although the company advertises itself with “100% satisfaction guarantee” it has nothing to do with reality. I tried to contact the company to voice my concerns about the quality of their service but unfortunately the only offered compensation was 20% off next cleaning! It sounded to me like a joke because who would order after such a dissatisfaction?
