Google Bad Review: Appalling service and even worse customer relations. Booked a service for my boiler and came home at lunchtime to let them in, then went back to work. When I got back my flat was freezing as the heating wasn’t working and there was no hot water. I called them but it was out of hours and no response. The boiler showed a fault number which I googled and found it meant the boiler wasn’t pressurised. After much research on YouTube and with some apprehension, as I don’t like guessing with gas appliances (that’s why I get someone in!) I risked trying to represurise it myself.
When I complained the next morning, the customer service woman said that it was working when they left, and I had to pay. I don’t see why I should pay for a service for my boiler that was working perfectly in the morning but after their engineer had been, left my flat freezing with no hot water when I came home. Marshall Mcgeever think differently and are taking me to court, so I’ll see them there.
