Google Bad Review 1:  Charged me a cancellation fee after I went in and asked for late cancellation as a family member was ill. Restaurant said it was fine and would cancel the booking, but didn't mention they would charge me.

Booked through OpenTable which clearly states the restaurant has the right to refund.

Google Bad Review (2):  Extremely disappointing experience, very bad seating that you can barely walk inside the restaurant, the service was cold, and I waited for nearly 15 mins and still didn't get a menu. (There were only two other tables when I entered.)

The classic beef pho was very small comparing to what I've had everywhere in London, not real beef or chicken stock, full of msg, very little amount of meat. They didn't provide the standard bean sprout, chili, coriander for the pho, and it cost nearly 12£!

Never had such disappointing experience, and trust me, I've had loads of Vietnamese food around London, this is by far the worst experience and taste.
