Google Bad Review 1: Just wanted to give my two cents on this. I signed up to this course whilst I was still actively in the industry and was looking to push on and gain new skills and hopefully new opportunities. Unfortunately though after signing up for the course and paying my deposit and first instalment (as I had agreed to spread my payments out) I had a serious mental health breakdown and quite a few things changed in my life quite quickly and I decided that I was going to leave the industry and do something completely different. I contacted the company as I hadn’t actually been to any of the course dates that obviously would have been at a cost to them and I also hadn’t accessed the online material etc to any great existent apart from setting up my account etc. And they were not prepared in any way/shape or form to budge and come to some kind of agreement with me due to the fact I would no longer need the course for my work and I wasn’t even interested in getting my money back I had already paid. I told them they could literally keep every penny I had already paid if they just let me leave the course and pay no more contributions towards it. They would have effectively earned £400 for doing absolutely nothing. So I in my humble opinion just feel it’s totally wrong. And any reasonable person/business would have come to some kind of agreement with and understood how much my circumstances had changed and been reasonable. But no. Not interested at all and here I am still paying for a course I won’t even attend (currently paid £800ish) and I haven’t worked in the fitness industry since last January. The lady I had been dealing with in the office was fantastic btw and really helpful and pleasant and I think if I’m honest in our correspondence it came across like she was embarrassed that they were effectively forcing me to pay. Even though at one point I wasn’t even working due to coronavirus. So please read this and bear in mind these are the kind of people you will be dealing with. This isn’t personal for me I just think it helps people have a balanced opinion as to what my dealing with the company has been. And it still amazes me that they were not prepared to come to some kind of agreement with me. Totally unjust for me. If that’s my business I couldn’t take £1399 pounds of somebody’s money for doing absolutely sweet FA

Google Bad Review (2): Unacceptable customer service. They reply to emails when you owe them but ignore emails once you have paid. I was persuaded to quickly book onto the level 4 course with a deposit (£300) to get a £300 discount bringing the course price down from £1800 to £1500. I then decided I didn't want to go ahead with the course due to a change in circumstances, but they forced me to pay the remaining £1200 according to their ‘terms and conditions'. I struggled to pay this and then decided I might as well get the qualification after spending this much so I attended the practical days. I was shocked to find out here that others had paid only £900 for the same course! Seems they pick a choose prices to suit them, which is why their website doesn't state prices. I emailed customer services 3 times to try to change my assessment date, as advised to do so on the practical days, but still no response 2 weeks later so it looks like I won't be getting anything for all that money in the end. If you are looking into a S&C course, do the UKSCA one and don't bother with these greedy time wasters.
