Google Bad Review 1: Today I went to the graphic centre in covent garden, after I got home I checked my recipt to find I had been charged for additional items that I hadn't even taken up to be scanned, I went back to the shop, wasting time and money on travel.
Not really happy with my experience today, perhaps staff should be more careful what they scan.
Not sure if I'll be going back to be honest.

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately this company doesn't get great reviews from me. Having placed an order as a gift for a 14 year olds burthday then having to explain why they hadn't turned up within the delivery time frame, I contacted them to be told they had a shortage of staff due to covid. Now I'm no clairvoyant so perhaps a headsup at some point would have been good customer service? I was told eventually the items would be dispatched last week. No confirmation received. 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no response to emails either. I put my trust in this company above any other and Unfortunately feel really let down by their lack of commication. I get that covid is out there but most companies have back up plans for these eventualities surely. Simply not good enough.
