Google Bad Review 1: Products are ok, staff are VILE would never purchase form here again! I have even gone as far as reposting the bought item online as I don't want any part of the brand! And even more ridiculous that you can't return items!

Google Bad Review (2): Worst customer service ever. I walked out with my purchase and felt so upset that it taints wearing the earrings. I asked them to fix a loose jaw on a skull pendant I had bought from them many years before, it had the stamp on it and everything, it was an extremely special purchase at the time and well remembered. I was basically accused of having a copy and they refused to help with a simple tightening which I had offered to pay for. I had bought a pair of earrings too and just wish I hadn't bothered. Will never go back again.
